I can’t believe they get away with how they talk to customers… I walked in with my older aunt for a regular pedicure. The man stationed near the door who I assume is the owner told us $20. By the time we got to the pedicure chair the tech told us $25, so I went back to the man on behalf of my aunt to clarify to which he told the tech $20. That would’ve been fine but then he says out loud as I’m walking away, “people don’t have no money” 😑🤨. We really should’ve walked out at that point, but it was my aunt getting serviced who didn’t hear it and had already taken a seat with the young lady so I didn’t cause a fuss for her. Mid pedicure she decides she’d like to add a regular manicure, but then she was told she can’t do 2 non-gel services and they refused her manicure trying to get her to do a gel manicure if she wanted her nails done... Never have I ever heard of that 🧐 AND then I looked down at my aunt’s pedicure to see the right big toe was clearly filed slanted. She said she wanted to leave and she’d fix it herself. I was over it too! I do not recommend if you value your hard earned money. They need to do better! 💯
